Silkfox Recordings – Terms of Service

By uploading music or participating in any services offered by Silkfox Recordings, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Rights

All music must be original. You must fully own the rights to your music, including any samples. All samples must be cleared and licensed before submission.

2. No AI-Generated Music

We do not accept AI-generated music. All submissions must be created by human artists. Violations may result in removal or a ban from the platform.

3. Full Royalties Retained

Artists keep 100% of their royalties. Silkfox Recordings does not take any percentage from your streaming or sales revenue, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for special services or deals.

4. Upload Limits

Artists may upload a maximum of 24 tracks per calendar month. This limit helps maintain quality and fairness across the platform.

5. Artist Rights

You fully retain the rights to your music. Silkfox Recordings only acts as a facilitator for promotion, distribution, and label representation if agreed upon. No ownership of your work is transferred to us.

6. Label & Distribution Policy

Silkfox Recordings can act as your distributor if you do not already have one.

• If you use your own distributor, do not list Silkfox Recordings as your label unless you are officially signed by us.

• Misrepresentation of label affiliation may result in removal from the platform.
  
  

7. Respect & Community Conduct

All artists must treat other members of the Silkfox community with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal from our services.
